When a community association enters into a contract with Vision Property Group, we receive basic contact information for all owners and residents that are part of that association. Maintaining certain information is a requirement of that contract and specific owners or residents cannot opt-out while being party to the association. Similarly, entering in a lease with Vision Property Group or any property we manage comes with required record keeping requirements. Examples of collect personal information collected include:

- Mailing address
- Property or account information you provide
- Payment information required as part of leasing or property management
- Communications you send to us
- Any other information you voluntarily submit through our website, forms, or other communications
